Capecitabine is the most frequently used oral anticancer drug. But its unpredictable pharmacokinetics profile causes toxicity. We need to quantitatively understand the risk profile.
Using an ordinal model, we evaluated the minimum required number of patients and observation duration to quantitatively understand hand-foot syndrome caused by capecitabine.
