Cancer Patient Stratification (PHASE III-IV)

AI has been successfully applied to generate accurate image-based consensus molecular subtyping for colorectal cancer. To improve patient outcomes, we are combining this with machine learning (genome-wide network-based modelling for patient stratification) and PK/PD modelling to predict tumour evolution in patients. 

A preliminary model-based analysis reveals a long-term dose-response relationship for colorectal cancer patients may exist.
