MSc Student

I am an MSc Pharmacology and Toxicology student at the University of Liverpool with a strong interest in clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics and translational medicine. I completed my Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) in India, where I developed a solid foundation in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology and patient-centered healthcare.

Before pursuing my postgraduate studies, I gained two years of experience as a community pharmacist. In this role, I was involved in medication dispensing, patient counselling, prescription review and promoting the safe and effective use of medicines. This experience strengthened my understanding of clinical practice and inspired me to pursue advanced training in drug development and clinical research.

At the University of Liverpool, I am expanding my expertise in pharmacokinetics, population modelling, pharmacogenomics and data-driven approaches to medicine. I have also developed analytical skills using tools such as R for pharmacokinetic data analysis and modelling.

I aspire to build a career in clinical pharmacology, pharmacometrics or drug-safety, contributing to the development of safer and more effective medicines through evidence-based research. I am particularly interested in applying quantitative approaches to understand variability in drug response and support precision medicine. I look forward to collaborating with multidisciplinary research teams and translating scientific findings into meaningful improvements in patient care.
